The 10 Week True Hybrid Athlete Online Program
This program is designed to be done Mon-Fri or any 5 days of the week. It is a program that consist of powerlifting, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training. Once Purchased it will be sent via email within 12 hours of payment.
Special equipment needed:
- Hex bar
- Med ball
- Battle rope
- Resistance bands
- Sled/prowler
- Boxes for box jumps
Optional equipment will be a Weighted Vest 20-40 lbs
